Bain Marie Dark Chocolate
Bain Marie Dark Chocolate is a luxury culinary dark chocolate brand geared towards Gen Z and Millennials. The bars themselves are intended to be baked with, hence 'premium culinary chocolate'. The design is intended to resemble the clean and simple French patisserie and bakery aesthetic. The intention stemmed from the consumers, as they would read the product as an elevated French dessert and be inspired or convinced that they too can create elevated desserts.
This project began as a redesign for an older, outdated product, and has now been morphed into a package redesign, chocolate bar mold design, a mini sample package, and chocolate, in addition to a recipe card and description card that would come in the multi-pack of all three chocolates.
